Whether automatic driving can deliver an all-weather and all-scene environmental perception largely depends on whether various Vehicle-mounted sensor can detect reliable environmental information. Each type of sensor has many different brands of products, but the performance is uneven. During the actual deployment and use of autopilot, it is often found that there is a large gap between the actual performance of the sensing sensor and the performance parameters given by the official. Also, there is no clear theory and standard guidance on what sensor’s performance really works to autonomous driving. In the process of sensor selection, it is very hard for each researcher to test all the sensors one by one, so we urgently need your assistance to provide corresponding sensor evaluation report and usage experience for the researchers’ reference. We also encourage you to share your actual test report of the sensor as a part of driving the realization of automatic driving technology!
